| 1.
Students will be given 5 objective cumulative tests (10% each) during the
semester. These exams will consist of short answer questions
to determine the students' understanding of the concepts.
2. Students will be given a number of short quizzes throughout the semester, covering concepts currently being studied. The average of all quizzes will constitute 25% of the final grade. 3. Students will be given a comprehensive final exam at the end of the semester. This will constitute 25% of the final grade. Questions will consist of short answer and written applications. |

| REQUIRED! Roll will be taken. Students are responsible for work missed due to absence. Pellissippi State Technical Community College expects students to attend all scheduled instructional activities. As a minimum, students in all courses must be present for at least 75 percent of their scheduled class and laboratory meetings in order to receive credit for the course. Individual departments/programs/disciplines, with the approval of the vice president of Academic and Student Affairs, may have requirements that are more stringent. | |||||||||
