NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION
COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING and MATHEMATICS SCHOLARSHIPS
Pellissippi State, in conjunction with the National Science Foundation,
is proud to offer up to 40 scholarships to students who are majoring in
Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or the related technologies.
The CSEMS scholarships are awarded in amounts up to a maximum of $1562
per semester. Individual awards are determined by the United States Department
of Education, based on the student's FAFSA. Scholarships may be automatically
renewed for a maximum of four semesters provided the student fulfills the
requirements of the program. In addition to the monetary award this program
includes special tutoring, professional mentors, and specialized advising
to help our students be successful in obtaining an Associates Degree in
two years and then either transferring to a four-year university or entering
the job force.

Currently applications are being looked at and rewarded on a first come first serve basis. Applicants must complete a 2003-2004 Pellissippi State Scholarship Application, following all instructions regarding the National Science Foundation Scholarships.
