Standard One - Academic Testing and Program Review
1.	Foundation Testing of General Education Outcome (15 points)  Pellissippi State students who have applied for graduation will be tested using College BASE (CBase). The College composite score will be compared to the national CBase composite score for the academic year and points will be distributed accordingly.
2.	Pilot Evaluations of Other General Education Outcome Measures (5 points)  Pellissippi State will not participate in pilot evaluation.
3.	Program Accountability, Program Review, and Program Accountability (15 points) Evaluation based on percentage of Pellissippi State's eligible programs which are accredited.

Standard Two - Satisfaction Studies
1.	Student/Alumni/Employer Surveys (10 points) First and fourth years of the cycle, Pellissippi will administer an Enrolled Student Survey, in the second and fifth years of the cycle, Pellissippi State will administer an Alumni Survey, and in the third year of the cycle, an Employer Survey will be administered.

3A.1	Pellissippi State will increase headcount enrollment at the Magnolia Avenue Campus by 632 percent by the end of the cycle.
3A.2	Pellissippi State will increase headcount enrollment in Local Area Network Operations/Management offerings by 61.9 percent by the end of the cycle.
3A.3	Pellissippi State will increase the amount of honors, foundation, and academic work scholarship awards by 13.1 percent by the end of the cycle.

3B.1	Pellissippi State will increase the number of organizations served through non-credit training and testing by 27.4 percent by the end of the cycle.

4A.1	Pellissippi State will seek to improve persistence-to-graduation rates for first-time, full-time African American students by 4.0 percent over the five-year cycle and/or will achieve persistence rates above those reported for all two-year TBR institutions.
4A.2	Pellissippi State will increase its fall-to-fall retention rate for all first-time, full-time freshmen by 2 percent over the five-year cycle and/or will exceed the retention rate reported for all TBR two-year institutions.
2.	Job Placement (15 points)
Pellissippi State's career programs will be evaluated by the placement rate of its graduates.
B.	Assessment Implementation (10 points)
Pellissippi State will report annually on all actions taken to incorporate the information gathered from performance funding into day-to-day activities. The report would present actions taken to remedy weaknesses identified as a result of performance funding assessment activity.
